hi can you cut a sim card from a micro sim (iPhone 4) to a nano sim (iPhone 5s)?

    • Mobile Phone Hospital April 17, 2014 at 8:35 am Reply

It depends on the SIM card. Some can’t be cut down to nano size because the contacts are too large. Just take it into a store and they can tell you right away.

What sort of time frame would you be looking at to repair a sony xperia z cracked screen? Preferably at your castle hill store.

  11. CC February 13, 2014 at 2:33 am Reply

Do you fix sony xperia z phones? I think the phone has sudden death issues, Was working one minute and then dead screen and will not turn back on. I tried to recharge it overnight, restart and tried to turn the phone back on but all my attempts have failed. From my knowledge the xperia z software is up to date. Can you also please let me know if the Penrith store is still open.

    • Mobile Phone Hospital February 13, 2014 at 10:35 pm Reply

We will need to have a look at the phone first to see if it is repairable. We provide free quotes.

Hi there just wondering if you can replace a shattered screen on a iPhone 5 s ? Thanks

  28. Mobile Phone Hospital December 31, 2013 at 7:12 pm Reply

We can and it will take about an hour.

  29. Mobile Phone Hospital December 31, 2013 at 7:11 pm Reply

We can not unlock or recover your pass code. All we can do is restore it back to factory which you can do yourself with iTunes or we can do it for you if you don’t have a computer.

    • anonymous January 1, 2014 at 2:30 pm Reply

I have already tried and it won’t let me because I have to turn off find my iphone but I can’t because I can’t get onto my phone

      • Mobile Phone Hospital January 4, 2014 at 6:53 pm

Switch your phone off and then while it is off hold down the home button and plug it into the computer. Let go of the home button when iTunes recognises the phone. Restore and activate as normal. You will need to use the same Apple ID to activate the phone that was used to turn on Find My iPhone.

  30. Mobile Phone Hospital December 29, 2013 at 8:23 pm Reply

It will most likely have bent pins but we will check it for you.

Can u fix the wifi issue that iPhone 4S (iOS 7) has? That is, it won’t connect to wifi.
    How much would it be?
I’m located in the sutherland shire and have used u guys in miranda before…you guys are fast / cheap and rock!

    • Mobile Phone Hospital November 18, 2013 at 4:45 pm Reply

You should first try connecting to a different WIFI network and/or resetting the network settings in your phone. If your still having issues then it’s probably hardware related and you will need to come into a store.
